Kitacon Sdn Bhd is committed to maintaining excellence, efficiency, and integrity in all its operations while continuously expanding its capabilities to meet client and industry needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Executive – Foreign Workers (Resources Control Department) based in Klang.The Payroll Executive will be responsible for handling the complete payroll process for foreign workers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment. This includes maintaining payroll records, updating worker databases, monitoring attendance and overtime, and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve any payroll discrepancies.The role also involves preparing payroll-related reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting HR and Finance in managing documentation for work permits, levy, and insurance where relevant.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage payroll specifically for foreign workers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Maintain and update worker master data, including salary, allowance, deduction, and attendance information.Verify overtime, absenteeism, and site reports for payroll calculation.Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, statutory deductions, and company policies.Prepare monthly payroll reports and assist in financial reporting related to manpower cost.Liaise with HR, site teams, and Finance for worker documentation, permit renewals, and payroll-related issues.Handle inquiries from workers and internal departments professionally and promptly.QualificationsProven experience in Payroll Administration or HR operations related to foreign workers.Strong understanding of payroll processing, statutory contributions, and relevant labor regulations in Malaysia.Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with payroll software (e.g., SQL Payroll, kakitangan.com .).Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across departments and managing worker-related matters.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
