This position focuses on designing and implementing strategies that strengthen employee engagement, foster a culture of belonging, and support organizational transformation. You will partner with leaders and teams to create initiatives that enhance employee experience, wellbeing, and retention, ensuring alignment with KPMG’s values and business objectives.Responsibilities Employee Engagement & Culture BuildingDesign and implement engagement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Plan and manage company-wide events and activities that foster collaboration, well-being, and a positive workplace culture.Develop recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that strengthen employee experience and organizational culture. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)Champion DE&I initiatives by embedding inclusive practices into engagement programs and organizational culture.Research and apply best practices in DE&I to continuously improve strategies. Communication & Change ManagementDevelop and execute internal communication plans that ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement across all levels.Support cultural transformation and organizational change projects, driving employee adoption and commitment. Data & InsightsAnalyze engagement, satisfaction, and retention metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.Leverage survey tools and HR analytics to provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making. Leadership & Team SupportCollaborate with senior leaders on strategic projects and provide guidance to junior team members.Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in employee engagement, culture, or organizational development roles.Strong understanding of employee engagement, DE&I, and change management principles.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Creative and strategic thinker with proven ability to design impactful initiatives.Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficient in HR analytics, survey tools, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS or engagement platforms is a plus.
