HR Manager (Chinese speaker)

We're looking for a HR Manager to lead our hiring strategy and drive recruitment excellence across the organization.What You'll DoLead and execute the company's overall recruitment strategy to achieve hiring goals. Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and enhance candidate experience. Conduct resume screening and initial interviews, particularly for foreign employees and senior management roles. Manage and mentor the recruitment team - oversee task allocation, performance, and growth. Prepare and present recruitment progress reports and HR analytics to management. Maintain and expand relationships with recruitment channels, agencies, and sourcing partners.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment - supervisory or managerial background is a plus. Strong knowledge of recruitment procedures and local regulations for hiring foreign employees. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Fluent in Chinese, with the ability to work in Thai or English. Proactive, results-oriented, and execution-driven.
