Job Description

Objective To drive strategic HRD initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, foster a culture of learning, and support organizational growth. This essential role focuses on Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Development, and Knowledge Management (KM).Key Responsibilities 1. Learning & Development (L&D)Conduct training needs analyses to identify competency gaps. Design and implement learning programs (both online and offline). Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies. 2. Talent Development & Succession PlanningAssist in identifying high-potential employees and their career paths. Support the development of succession plans in collaboration with department heads. 3. Knowledge Management (KM)Develop and implement KM strategies aligned with organizational goals. Facilitate knowledge-sharing activities (e.g., Communities of Practice, KM Day). Manage digital knowledge repositories and ensure the accessibility of key organizational knowledge. 4. Organizational DevelopmentPromote a positive organizational culture and support employee engagement programs. 5. HR Systems & ReportingMaintain accurate records in the HRIS related to training, performance, and KM. Prepare reports and dashboards to aid management decision-making. QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience:A minimum of 5 years of experience in HRD, L&D, or KM roles. Technical Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of Adult Learning Principles, performance management, and Knowledge Management practices. Familiarity with HRIS and Data Analytics tools (e.g., MS Office). Soft Skills & Competencies:Project management skills. Presentation and facilitation skills. Strategic thinking and analytical skills. Collaboration skills. Language:Proficient in English for communication and work purposes.
