Job Description

Major Duties And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement recruiting strategy/ policy and talent pipeline which will includes developing a comprehensive recruitment plan to support hiring of all employees.Manage a diverse set of stakeholders in the talent acquisition process: HRBPs, HRD, HR operations, to design and implement Talent Acquisition Program.Own and manage the life cycle interview process including pre-employment process and post hiring process.Develop and implement activities/communication material to build employer branding.Develop and be accountable for all the hiring goals and time to fill ratio and cost to recruits.Prepare monthly recruitment activity reports to provide information on recruitment status.Review and implement a formalized On-Boarding Program for new hires that enhances the new hires engagement to their team and the organization.Manage projects related to recruitment from time to time such as employee referral program.Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulationsBuild the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners Desired QualificationsBachelor degree in Human Resources or related fields.Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 6 years in recruiting roles.Direct experience in the insurance industry is required (life, non-life, or both).Possess work experience in working in matrix organizations.Possess leadership experience in managing team.Combination of agency and in-house talent acquisition background will be an advantage.Good communication skill with proficiency in English.Highly motivated, self-driven and possesses good interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate good business acumen.Proven experience working with sourcing tools and techniques, with strong track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for passive sourcing.
