As the face of Xendit, you will provide white-glove service to both hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless and high-touch recruitment experience. Your role as a true partner to the organization will involve solving problems across recruiting, people, processes, and systems. You'll bring a diverse set of skills, including exceptional communication, tech savviness, strategic thinking, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed. You possess a strong commitment to go the extra mile and handle all aspects of recruiting, including the less glamorous tasks, with a positive and determined attitude. With your relentless drive for successful outcomes, you'll take on approximately 5-7 roles at a time with a range of mid-senior profiles; a carefully curated list of the highest impact, niche or hard to fill roles across Xendit regionally. Think of yourself as an internal headhunter, making a significant impact on the growth and success of Xendit. Some of our strongest future talent is in your handsMinimum Qualifications6-7 years of end-to-end regional recruitment experience, such as SEA or APAC regionExperience in sourcing and engaging senior talent in specific business functions, including such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Risk & Compliance, etcProven track record of successfully sourcing and closing senior candidates, from individual contributors to Head levelExcellent proficient in both English and Thai communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships effortlesslyPreferred QualificationsExperience in headhunting and talent acquisition, including sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talentExperience working in a headhunting or recruitment agency is a plusPrevious exposure to scaling a company from 200 to 1000+ employees in a tech, B2B/B2C, SaaS, e-commerce, or payments startup environmentExperience in navigating an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) proficiencyResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted Talent Partner, ensuring a seamless and high-touch recruitment experience for hiring managers, interviewers, and candidatesOwn the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, and selecting the best and right talent for XenditBuild and maintain relationships with hiring teams and candidates, establishing trust and credibilityUtilize diverse channels to source the right talent and experiment with new methods of talent acquisitionNetwork and nurture relationships with key talent pools in Asia, particularly in Southeast Asia (SEA)Manage and conclude difficult candidate negotiations to secure talent acquisition goalsSupport hiring teams throughout the execution process, making their lives easier and ensuring adherence to best practicesImplement automation, efficiency, and AI-driven solutions to streamline repeatable or automatable processes in talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience while preserving the human touch and personalized interactions with candidates and hiring teamsGo above and beyond to contribute to the success of XenditDo whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed
