Our client is seeking an experienced Engagement Lead / PMO Manager to oversee a major technology delivery engagement in Doha. This senior position plays a key leadership role in aligning project outcomes with the client’s strategic objectives and IT governance standards.You’ll act as the single point of accountability for delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, and PMO governance — ensuring smooth coordination across all streams of work.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison with senior management and the IT Strategy & Operations leadership team.Oversee all PMO activities, ensuring project deliverables and milestones are achieved across multiple workstreams.Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, steering committee updates, and clear communication flows.Maintain oversight of service-level performance and ensure all KPIs are consistently met.Provide executive-level reporting, including weekly progress updates, risk and issue tracking, and portfolio dashboards.Lead governance forums such as digital working groups and internal PMO reviews to ensure strategic alignment across initiatives.Drive continuous improvement and knowledge transfer to strengthen internal PMO capability.Skills and ExperienceProven experience leading large-scale technology or transformation programs.Strong background in PMO management, program governance, and stakeholder engagement.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across executive and delivery levels.Experience in complex, multi-vendor environments is highly desirable.Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, cross-cultural settings.Additional DetailsLocation: Doha (on-site)Rotation: 8 weeks on-site, 2 weeks off-siteTravel & Visa: All flights and visa costs will be coveredContract Type: 12 month engagement with option to extend , competitive daily rates
