This permanent role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on problem-solving, planning ahead, and inspiring a skilled team—all while ensuring the property operates seamlessly and sustainably.Why this role matters:The Engineering Manager is the guardian of the resort’s infrastructure. From preventive maintenance to energy systems, pools to guest rooms, you’ll ensure that everything runs reliably, efficiently, and safely.
