Global contract manufacturer looking for an Engineering ManagerYour new company My client is a global contract manufacturer supporting international customers in developing and producing complex healthcare products and medical equipment. They are now seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development, sustainment and improvement of the manufacturing process for their plant in Selangor. Your new role Ensure consistent compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, product standards, and regulatory requirements. Lead and support initiatives for new product introduction and continuous improvement of existing products. Drive process and equipment improvements through material evaluation, validation activities, and preventive maintenance to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime. Support new customer requirements and ensure smooth manufacturing process development and optimisation. Lead cost-reduction initiatives and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to boost operational performance. What you'll need to succeed Possess a Degree in Engineering / Science & Technology or equivalent with a thorough working knowledge of High Tech / Engineering principles essential. Minimum 3 years' experience in leading manufacturing process improvement/ project management / research & development from the Medical Device/ Equipment Manufacturing industry (ISO 13485 certified) At least 5 years experience in a managerial role in a manufacturing environment. Initiative, creativity, resourcefulness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
