Whether you're exploring manufacturing, product engineering, or research and development—hardware or software—you'll find a place to grow, lead, and thrive.Job Responsibilities:Manufacturing & Product Engineering TrackImprove products, processes, and components to meet technical and business goals.Support product and process design for cost, manufacturability, and lifecycle management.Collaborate with teams across R&D, procurement, and technical services to sustain and enhance products.Participate in transitioning products from prototype to volume production.Manage product data such as BOMs and routings; work with suppliers to meet quality and delivery targets.R&D Hardware Engineering TrackDesign and develop components, systems, and processes using broad engineering concepts.Solve complex design challenges and contribute to product innovation.Document research outcomes and support the transition of designs into production.May lead or support feature development and integration across teams.R&D Software Engineering TrackDesign, develop, and maintain software for test and measurement solutions, instruments, or systems.Collaborate closely with hardware and systems engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.Apply software engineering best practices in coding, testing, debugging, and continuous integration.Contribute to architectural discussions, design reviews, and software performance optimization.Stay current with evolving technologies and drive innovation within the software development lifecycle.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (up to 2 years of experience).
