We operate primarily through franchising but also own and operate our own centers in China and Italy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following: Driving Student progress by providing ongoing and consistent support, advice, coaching and feedback Understanding each individual learner’s psychology and tailoring your teaching skills according to provide guidance to Students that is personalized, supportive and motivating Developing strong relationships with Students that are built on trust Promoting the Wall Street English Method and an all English environment in consistent and creative ways  Keeping up to date and informed of Student progress to provide appropriate support Being aware of Students’ expressed and unexpressed needs and being able to respond with the right supportive actions Working in the Speaking Center and at Reception to create and interactive, friendly and supportive Student centered environment Ensuring that each person that walks into the Center is greeted with a warm and friendly welcome Managing the Reception area, and keeping it organized and tidy Driving Student progress through proactively booking Students into classes Being an ambassador for your Center by engaging Students and motivating them on every occasion, as well of taking care of prospects to help support sales Providing information and advice on incoming call and to walk-ins Managing all bookings and changes in the most efficient way Attending staff meetings and training sessions  Technical skills and Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: University Degree  Turkish citizenship Understanding of or experience within teaching or training Computer literate Excellent interpersonal skills – patient, responsible, and empathetic Willingness to learn and develop professionally Inspiring and supportive to Students Service Minded Dedicated and dynamic within a team environment Background within service/hospitality/educational sector  A high level of spoken and written English Nice to Have: Time spent in an English speaking Country Experience working in a multinational team with different cultures Competencies Essential for Success in the Role: Well presented Excellent interpersonal skills—patient, responsible, and empathetic Willingness to learn and develop professionally Dedicated and dynamic within a team environment Inspiring and supportive Excellence in English Proficiency Service Minded Experience & Background:  Computer literate Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on Students’ needs Key result areas / Critical Success Factors: The successful candidate will be able to: Manage large volumes of people in Reception at peak times Support Students and provide them with the motivation to stay on track Support Students in using the Wall Street English method to successfully acquire the English language Be an ambassador for in-center or online learning  Engage with Students and personalize their learning experience Work with a diverse team (religion, ethnicity, culture, beliefs)
