Your primary mandate: win new strategic customers. Win New Logos (Your Core Mission)Build and execute an enterprise sales strategy in partnership with Vision’s executive, product, and delivery leaders.Self-source opportunities as well as partner with marketing to identify high-value prospects, and multi-thread early.Convert site-level interest into executive-level demand and momentum and long term customer commitmentsDesign paid pilots that frame the business problem clearly and show measurable ROI fast.Turn pilots into material multi-site rollouts and multi-year MSAs.Navigate procurement, legal, commercial, and security/privacy reviews with confidence.Represent Vision in the market with clarity, credibility, and pace.2. Expand Strategic AccountsIdentify site-level customers who have enterprise potential and lead the expansion strategy.Lift attach rates across monitoring, analytics, and bundled multimodal solutions.Build long-term relationships across Operations, HSE, Security, IT, Procurement, and Finance.Bring a commercial lens and operate like an owner in growing each account over time.3. Build the Enterprise Playbook (After You’ve Won)Capture what works: sales motions, value narrative, pricing patterns, rollout models.Partner with product and technology teams to feed enterprise needs into the roadmap.Shape formalised vertical playbooks for infrastructure, utilities, transport, and government.Help design the structure for Vision’s future enterprise GTM model.Mentor team members and lift the overall sales culture through openness and collaboration.4. Operate With DisciplineMaintain a rigorous, realistic pipeline with strong qualification and conversion.Forecast accurately and maintain clean account hierarchies and site roll-ups.Run QBRs that clearly show how Vision reduces incidents, improves compliance, and boosts uptime.What You Bring5–10+ years of senior new-business solution sales in the Australian/NZ enterprise market.A proven ability to win complex multi-site deals and national MSAs.Experience selling into infrastructure, government, utilities, transport, or tier-one contractors.Strength in navigating procurement, commercial/legal negotiation, infosec/privacy assessment, and multi-stakeholder alignment.Ability to influence from site teams to GM/C-suite and build trust quickly.Demonstrated success taking paid pilots to national rollout programs.Experience with IoT, telematics, safety/compliance SaaS, or video surveillance/analytics (valued).A true hunter mindset grounded in customer insight, ownership, and urgency.What Success Looks LikeNew logos closed across target verticals.Multi-year MSAs with strong attach rates.Measurable uplift in enterprise TCV and ACV.Repeatable sales motions and a working enterprise playbook.Strong pipeline velocity, qualification, and forecast accuracy.A growing base of enterprise champions and advisors.CompensationCompetitive base + uncapped commission (50/50 OTE split).Accelerators for multi-year MSAs and high attach rates.Location & TravelSydney, Australia.30–50% travel to customer sites and Vision locations.
