Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Account Manager - Value Added Services to join our team in Accra. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales and business growth through client acquisition and account management. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, presenting product solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves achieving sales targets, managing pipeline activities, and providing strategic insights to improve business outcomes. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development within the ICT or technology sectorProficiency in communication, presentation, and relationship management skillsAbility to identify client needs and provide tailored Value Added Service solutionsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectivelyKnowledge in digital transformation, internet connectivity, cloud services, and cybersecurity is a plusProficiency in analytics, reporting, and sales forecastingDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targetsBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in sales strategies or ICT are advantageous
