If you’re a natural relationship builder, strategic thinker, and deal closer with a passion for digital financial solutions, we’d love to meet you.The OpportunityAs our Enterprise Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Mukuru’s Enterprise Payments business in Zimbabwe — building strong partnerships, driving new business, and ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience.You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and pitching solutions to managing clients during onboarding and handover to CRM. It’s a high-impact, front-line role that combines strategy, sales, and relationship management.What You’ll DoDeliver on ambitious sales and revenue targets for Zimbabwe. Identify, pursue, and close opportunities across NGO, Government, Corporate, and MSME sectors. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across industries. Develop and deliver sector-specific strategies that align with Mukuru’s regional goals. Support clients through documentation and compliance processes during onboarding. Work closely with the Regional Sales Lead, CRM, Compliance, and Operations to ensure a smooth client experience. Maintain accurate CRM pipeline reporting (HubSpot) and weekly activity updates. Share market insights and competitor intelligence to help refine sales strategies. Stay current on regulatory changes and industry developments affecting the fintech and payments space. What You’ll BringMinimum 4 years’ experience in business development or enterprise sales. At least 2 years’ experience managing accounts or key clients. Experience in remittances, fintech, or payments (desirable). Proven experience working with governments, NGOs, or large organisations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of B2B sales, proposal writing, and commercial agreements. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field (desirable).
