The role is based in Harare, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. Key tasks include identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting Reekworth Schools' programs, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves following up on leads, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales strategies. Qualifications Strong skills in Client Engagement, Relationship Building, and CommunicationExperience in Sales Strategies, Lead Generation, and Target AchievementProficiency in Negotiation, Persuasion, and Rapport DevelopmentOrganizational abilities, including Time Management and Report PreparationFamiliarity with the education sector or similar industries is a plusProactive mindset with a results-driven approachAbility to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work modelPrior experience in sales or marketing, and a diploma/degree in a relevant field is advantageousNB: This role is commission based and we are looking for someone who has experince in the education sector to boost our enrollment.
