This includes taking a shared responsibility for driving whole-school improvement priorities, supporting team members across a diverse range of portfolios, and fostering a culture of trust, respect, and professional growth within the leadership team.The successful applicant will need to quickly familiarise themselves with the school's operational systems, strategic goals, and day-to-day processes. They will also be expected to lead and oversee multiple portfolios effectively, adapting flexibly to changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on delivering outcomes aligned with the school's strategic vision. This may include managing curriculum, engagement, staff development, or other areas critical to the school's success.
