1.      ERP Project Manager Responsibilities:Assess the As-Is environment against the system and network and develop a mitigation plan to meet the standardIdentify and document detailed functional and non-functional requirementsManage and control consultant and ERP vendor contracts and performanceCreating detailed project plans, defining scope, project charter, work breakdown structure, setting milestones, and establishing budgets and schedules.Identifying and securing the necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and software. Guiding the project team to complete tasks and activities.Assemble and motivate the project team.Assign tasks and manage team workflow.Support and direct the team to ensure they can complete their work effectively.Tracking project performance against the plan, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring work stays on schedule.Manage the project's day-to-day activities and track progress against the plan.Monitor the budget and ensure the project stays within financial constraints.Implementing and enforcing quality standards to ensure project deliverables meet defined requirements.Identifying and managing risks, and coordinating the process of implementing changes to the project. Serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders and providing regular updates on project status.Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and team members.Provide regular reports on project status, progress, and potential problems.Present project outcomes to stakeholders.Coordinating the activities of the project team and resolving conflicts.Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the project life cycle. Compiling project reports and informing management of progress, problems, and outcomes.Ensuring all project objectives are met and formalizing project closure. Implement quality control measures throughout the project. Ensure proper testing are done as per standard.Ensure system integration and transition is maintained correctly.Ensure customizations are done as per the standard and meet requirements.Ensure proper training is given to users and administrators. Ensure post-implementation support and maintenance is maintained as per standardTrack all plants and head office are integrated, and information is synchronise. Plan for future scalability for system improvement.Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.
