Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is essential.What You’ll Be DoingManaging heat pump and low-carbon heating projects from planning through to delivery and completionCreating clear project plans with defined scopes, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinating internal teams, external contractors, and partners to keep projects on trackMonitoring budgets, financial performance, and commercial obligationsEnsuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsIdentifying risks and developing mitigation plans to keep delivery running smoothlyProviding regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining strong communication throughoutContributing to continuous improvement of project delivery processesShaping best practices and influencing innovation in sustainable heating projectsWhat You'll BringExperience managing projects within construction - new build, domestic retrofit and/or commercial applicationsStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreamsClear and confident communication with colleagues, clients, and contractorsExperience working with budgets and commercial controlsA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetThe ability to interpret technical information and collaborate closely with engineering teamsCompetence with project management tools and Microsoft OfficeComfortable with UK-wide travel including overnight stays when required Bonus Points ForExperience in low-carbon technologies, renewables, or heat pumpsProject management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP)Knowledge of CDM regulations and site safetyUnderstanding of mechanical or electrical building servicesWhat’s in it for you?At Kensa, You’ll Join a Mission-driven Team Working On Solutions That Directly Impact People, Communities, And The Planet.
