Site Manager

Goal of the function Manage all on-site technical support and warehouse operations, ensuring equipment availability, compliance with customer contracts, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.Key Result Areas / Main Responsibilities:-      Act as the primary technical and logistical liaison on-site, managing customer relations directly.-      Ensure KOMATSU equipment (PC2000 excavators, HD785 haul trucks) availability aligns with customerproduction schedules.-      Supervise daily site operations including field maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.-      Oversee site warehouse activities, ensuring parts availability and inventory accuracy.-      Implement and monitor adherence to NEFC’s operational standards and safety procedures.-      Provide regular operational updates and reports to the Mining After Sales Manager. Performance Measures: -      Machine uptime and availability.-      Compliance with customer SLAs.-      Site safety and compliance standards adherence.-      Inventory accuracy and efficient parts management. General RequirementsExperience and Education (Knowledge and Know-How) : -      Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.-      Minimum 5 years’ experience managing mining equipment maintenance on remote sites.-      Proven leadership experience in multi-national teams.-      Excellent English communication skills.Other (Behavior and Miscellaneous) -      Leadership and crisis management.-      Technical expertise with mining machinery.-      Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Please forward your CV at f.loumaye@nefcgroup.com and only qualified applicants will be shortlisted.
