Job Title: Estate Manager – Telecom (FTTH Deployment)Location: AbujaSalary: ₦300,000 Job Summary:We are seeking an Estate Manager to coordinate access to residential and commercial estates for FTTH fiber deployment. The role involves engaging estate associations, landlords, and residents to secure permissions, scheduling installation teams, and ensuring smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:- Obtain access approvals from estate associations, landlords, and residents.- Conduct estate surveys and feasibility assessments.- Coordinate site access for survey, civil works, and fiber installation teams.- Resolve access-related issues and maintain documentation of approvals.- Track deployment progress and report to management.Qualifications & Skills:- HND/BSc in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.- 3–5 years’ experience in telecom deployment, preferably FTTH/FTTx.- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.- Knowledge of Right-of-Way (RoW) and local regulations is an advantage.How to Apply:Send CV to cv@ascentech.com.ngEmail Subject: Estate Manager – Telecom – Abuja
