We have a flexible, creative environment, and pride ourselves on providing a fun and unique place to work.About The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Regional Operations Manager to oversee and scale our operations in Nigeria. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, team oversight, and infrastructure development as we continue expanding our presence in the region.The ideal candidate will bring strong general management experience and the ability to balance strategic oversight with day-to-day operational execution. This individual will serve as the operational lead for Nigeria, supporting regional strategy, strengthening infrastructure, and ensuring alignment with global objectives. This role will work in close partnership with the Regional Manager to strengthen operational execution, enhance infrastructure, and support continued regional growth.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all day-to-day operations within the Nigeria office, ensuring efficiency and structureSupervise payroll processing and administrative functions to ensure compliance and accuracyLead and coordinate the existing local team, conducting regular meetings to track projects, priorities, and resultsProvide hands-on operational support while ensuring alignment with company objectivesOversee the build-out and infrastructure development of the office, including procurement of equipment and operational resourcesEstablish and implement processes to support scalable growthMonitor performance metrics and operational effectiveness, identifying areas for improvementAct as the key operational point of contact for leadership regarding regional activitiesSupport regional growth initiatives, including talent evaluation and potential signing processesExperience And Qualifications5-7 years of experience in general management, operations leadership, or similar rolesProven experience managing teams and overseeing operational processesStrong understanding of business functions including payroll, administration, and office managementAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionSolid understanding of the music industry, including terminology, release workflows (EPs, singles, albums), artist development, and regional signing processes, is strongly preferred.Experience working in emerging or high-growth markets is a plusStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to operate independently and build structure in developing environmentsStrong problem-solving mindset with the ability to scale operations efficientlyCInq Music is a GoDigital Media Group company and we operate with the following core values:Personal Improvement & WellbeingEmpowered ThinkingIntegrity & FairnessServiceAdditional InformationCinq Music is a GoDigital Media Group company that is committed to creating an inclusive work environment that reflects the diversity of our community.
