Through innovation and a commitment to operational excellence, Muheel contributes significantly to Saudi Arabia’s growing economy.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost assessments, manpower estimations, tools and equipment lists, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for Facilities Management projects.The role includes analyzing RFP/SOW requirements, conducting technical and cost research, and coordinating with internal teams to develop reliable budgets and resource plans.The Estimation Engineer will also be responsible for preparing the full project cost sheet, ensuring all cost components (manpower, materials, tools, consumables, subcontractors, and overheads) are correctly captured and aligned with client expectations.Additional responsibilities include coordinating with Supply Chain and suppliers for quotations, supporting internal approvals, and ensuring all estimates are competitive, accurate, and compliant with the project goals.Mandatory Qualification : Proficiency in BOQ preparation and FM project cost estimation.Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and FM service principles.Experience in preparing resource-based cost sheets for FM projects.Strong stakeholder coordination and negotiation skills.Ability to conduct technical research and analyze project data.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Civil) or related field.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.3-5 Years previous experience in Facilities Management in KSA.Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation or planning tools.Note : Please apply only if your experience and qualifications meet the above criteria.
