Job Description

Our client specialises in delivering luxury, architecturally designed homes and bespoke residential projects. They have been in business for 10 years and work across the Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches. They are relocating to North Sydney and want to bring in an Estimator to join the team. You’ll be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for high-end residential builds. Working closely with our design, project management, and construction teams, you’ll ensure each project is cost-effective without compromising on quality or design intent. Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates, take-offs, and bills of quantities from architectural drawings and specifications.Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing.Analyse plans, add value-engineering options, and identify potential cost savings.Support the tendering and procurement process, preparing submissions and breakdowns.Collaborate with project managers and designers to refine budgets and forecasts.Maintain and update cost databases and supplier relationships.About YouMinimum 2+ years’ experience as an Estimator in high-end or luxury residential construction.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and finishes typical of premium homes.Proficient in estimating software'sExcellent attention to detail, numeracy, and analytical skills.Confident communicator with strong negotiation and organisational abilities.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?Be part of an award-winning builder known for craftsmanship and design excellence.Opportunity to work on some of the region’s most prestigious homes.Depending on experience you will be paid $120,000 to $150,000 + super.Please call Adam Turner on 0455896230 or email adam.turner@cgcrecruitment.com
