Staff and students are part of the Terrace Family, a culture built on respect, integrity, and care, where collaboration is encouraged and everyone is valued.The RoleReporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the College’s accounts payable function, ensuring payments and records are processed efficiently and accurately.Key responsibilities:End-to-end accounts payable processing, including invoices, credit notes, payments, and reconciliations.Set up new suppliers and maintain accurate vendor records.Prepare and process weekly and monthly supplier payments.Reconcile creditor statements and the AP control account.Maintain the integrity of the College’s purchasing system and master files.Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance activities.Build effective relationships with suppliers and internal staff.About You2+ years’ experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role; experience with TASS is a plus.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to progress a high volume of invoices.Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Ability to acquire Blue Card approval.Ability to uphold the mission, values, and culture of St Joseph’s College and EREA.Why Join Terrace?This is more than a typical Accounts Payable role — it’s an opportunity to make a real impact within a school with 150 years of history and a strong ethical foundation.
