Role Description As an Estimator at CITICORE Interior Design, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects. This includes analyzing project requirements, reviewing blueprints, sourcing materials, and collaborating with design and production teams to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy. The Estimator will also maintain cost databases, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare bid proposals. This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. Qualifications Proficiency in cost estimation, bid analysis, and budget preparationAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsStrong research and analytical skills for pricing materials, equipment, and laborEffective communication and negotiation skills for collaborating with suppliers and contractorsProficiency in construction and estimation software toolsAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and standardsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry in the UAE is an advantage
