EU Sales and Site Controller

Job DescriptionThe EU Sales Controller – Site Controller acts as a key Finance Business Partner to the Commercial team, providing financial insights, business analysis, and strategic support. This position plays a critical role in driving financial performance and supporting operational decision-making. In addition, as a core member of the site management team, the Site Controller serves as a trusted partner to the Head of Site, delivering financial guidance and strategic input to ensure effective management and long-term success.Reports toEuropean Financial ControllerPrincipal Place of WorkSeevetal or Eygelshoven (with travel to other A-Gas locations)EssentialExperience, Knowledge and QualificationsBachelor / master’s degree in business administrationMinimum 5 years of experience in a multi-national finance environment.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.Fluent in English and [local language]; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.Proven ability to partner with commercial and operational functions.Experience representing Finance in cross-functional and leadership-level meetings. DesirableBackground in a mid-sized enterprise, preferably within manufacturing or distribution.Familiar with Great Plains, Cognos/TM1 software.
