Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all events from start to finish, ensuring every detail runs seamlessly and every guest leaves with a memorable experience.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys collaborating across multiple departments to deliver outstanding results.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee events on-site from setup to breakdown, ensuring flawless execution.Organize site visits and tours to support successful partnerships and event planning.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams (F&B, Facilities, Finance, Marketing, and Security) to ensure smooth event operations.Prepare contracts, process payments, and manage deposits and refunds in collaboration with the Finance team.Work closely with the Facilities team on maintenance, setup, and damage reports.Partner with the in-house restaurant team to coordinate catering services, menu tastings, and event F&B requirements.Plan and execute community events, workshops, and co-branded activations.Serve as the primary point of contact for all paid and brand events, ensuring client needs are met to the highest standard.Compile post-event reports, analyze outcomes, and recommend improvements for future events.Support management in expanding event capabilities and enhancing the desirability of our event spaces.Requirements:Energetic, proactive, and resourceful professional with a passion for event management.2–3 years of experience managing and executing events such as corporate conferences, workshops, and photoshoots.Strong understanding of UAE event logistics, licensing, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.Exceptional time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences.
