Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), monitoring and reporting on costs, managing cost plans, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborating with project teams, the Quantity Surveyor will assist in budget forecasting, preparing valuations, and ensuring adherence to project financial plans and deadlines. Qualifications Strong skills in Cost Control and Cost ManagementProficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and overseeing Cost PlanningExperience in Cost Reporting, including tracking and analyzing financial dataAttention to detail and analytical thinking to ensure accurate project cost forecastingMinimum of a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience in managing budgets and costs for construction or engineering projectsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teamsFamiliarity with relevant software tools for quantity surveying and cost management
