Job Description

1. Job PurposeThe Event Intern supports the events team with planning, coordination, and execution of events. This role is focused on learning, assisting with proposals, logistics, and on-site event operations.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Event Planning & CoordinationAssist in preparing event proposals, presentations, and quotations.Help with event timelinesSupport in coordinating with vendors and partnersHelp research venues, suppliers, and new event ideas.B. Administrative SupportPrepare and update event documents (guest lists, floor plans, contact lists).Assist with email communication and follow-ups to clients, partners, and vendors.Help manage event files, contracts, and records.Support with internal reports after events (feedback, photos)C. On-Site Event SupportAssist in event set-up and tear-down (registration, signage, booths, seating, etc.).Support the team during events with registration, guest assistance, ushering, and coordination.Coordinate with suppliers and the internal team on-site to ensure the event runs smoothly.D. Marketing & Communication (if needed)Assist with taking photos and videos during events for documentation and marketing.3. Learning OpportunitiesLearn the full event management process from proposal to execution.Gain experience in client communication, teamwork, and time management.Understand vendor management and event logistics.4.
