POSITION DESCRIPTIONTitle: Off trade Sales InternReporting To: Sales Off-Trade SupervisorLocation: Phnom Penh, CambodiaRESPONSIBILITIESField Execution & Merchandising:o Visit retail outlets to check product display and visibilityo Monitor parallel stock levels and ensure proper merchandising standardsSales Support:o Assist with order tracking and support issue resolution at point of saleo Report on field execution and collect feedback from outletsReporting & Data Collection:o Gather sales data, promotion performance, and market insightso Update systems and assist in preparing regular reportsComplete the Ad-hoc Taskso Support other tasks as assigned by the managementPERSONAL SPECS• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields• Passionate about sales and eager to explore the FMCG or beverage industry• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in the field• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)• Available for a minimum of 6 months
