Job Description

Job PurposeAccountable for managing Jin Zun Club to ensure all service standards are effectively implemented by subordinates and aligned with relevant divisions, supporting the delivery and execution of service excellence for both internal and external customers. This includes ensuring full alignment with the company’s vision and mission.Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure Compliance to Rules and RegulationsEnsures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of workEnsures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all timesGeneral Job FunctionsOversees Jin Zun Club operations to support department goals while ensuring confidentiality of guest detailsMonitors and controls daily operational expenses, inventory of membership cards, redemption items, and other company assetsUtilizes manpower efficiently by balancing resources according to operational needsPrepares monthly reports for HoD and liaise with Marketing, Business Development, and other departments to ensure seamless customer serviceEnsures appropriate staffing within physical and financial constraints; guide and train staff to maintain service excellencePlans, organizes, assigns tasks, and evaluates work methods to ensure clarity and efficiency in Jin Zun Club operationsDevelops and implements strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance guest service levelsEstablishes standard procedures for resolving guest complaints professionally and courteouslyCreates sustainable training plans to consistently achieve high service standards among staffAny other tasks assignedQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or equivalentStrong understanding of VIP clients, including Asian and non-Asian cultural preferences, Joint Ventures/Incentive groups, and guest service standardsExperience in developing marketing and event activities to support business objectivesKnowledge of hotel – casino operations, organizational structure, products, and servicesDemonstrated servant leadership with the ability to work alongside subordinatesMinimum 5 years of experience in VIP Service Management, Guest Relations, or HospitalityProficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OutlookEnglish, Mandarin, and Cantonese language proficiencyWorking ConditionsThis position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Direct ReportsAny person(s) nominated by management.How To ApplyPlease submit CV, highlighting job position to careers@nagaworld.comTalent Acquisition – Group Human ResourcesNagaWorld® LimitedSamdech Techo Hun Sen Park, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.Follow us: Facebook / Telegram
