职位来源于实习僧。Responsibilities 工作职责： 1. Support Event Planners maintaining daily communication with clients via calls and online meetings (Teams, Zoom, and WeChat). Support business development by identifying new client opportunities and fostering strong relationships with existing clients. 2. Assist in creating presentations (PPTs) and budgets (Excels) for clients, incorporating ideas from the agency’s design, production, and show teams. 3. Support event production and onsite execution, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon expectations. 1. 协助活动策划团队通过电话及在线会议（Teams、Zoom、微信）与客户保持日常沟通，挖掘新客户机会并维护良好的客户关系，助力业务拓展。 2. 协助制作客户提案演示文稿（PPT）及预算方案（Excel），整合策划、设计、制作及演出团队的创意内容。 3. 支持活动制作及现场执行，确保活动效果与客户需求高度一致。 Qualifications & Abilities 工作职责： 1. Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a bachelor’s degree program, with the ability to intern for at least six months. International experience preferred. 2. Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written); candidates with TOEFL/IELTS scores are preferred. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. 4. Passionate about events and creating unique guest experiences. 5. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (experience with design software is a plus). 6. Strong attention to detail. 7.
