Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Event & Promotion Section Head to lead marketing activation and promotional initiatives for our luxury shopping mall. This role will be responsible for curating premium lifestyle events, managing brand collaborations, and ensuring all promotions align with the mall’s high-end positioning and image. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute luxury-level events, activations, and promotional campaigns to enhance mall traffic and brand image.Develop and manage the annual event calendar aligned with marketing strategy and tenant needs.Work closely with tenants, sponsors, and premium brand partners to create impactful joint promotions and collaborations.Supervise the creative direction, production, and on-ground execution of events, ensuring high standards of quality and aesthetics.Monitor and evaluate event performance, including footfall impact, sales uplift, and media coverage.Manage event budgets effectively while maintaining cost efficiency and premium quality.Coordinate with relevant parties, including Leasing teams to ensure cohesive communication and branding.Lead and guide the event & promotion team to deliver excellence and meet performance targets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Event Management, or related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in event and promotion management within high-end or luxury shopping malls, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.Strong experience in concept development, event production, and brand partnerships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and high aesthetic standards.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.Proficient in Microsoft Office, event planning tools, and presentation software.Passionate about luxury branding, customer experience, and retail innovation.
