Facility Manager (Data Center)

We are looking for a Facility Manager with solid experience managing mission-critical data center environments. This role involves leading the operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of data center facilities to ensure operational excellence and high availability.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the data center facility, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP).Lead and mentor a team of professionals and consultants to maintain operational reliability and respond effectively to emergencies.Manage vendor performance and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).Support data center project development, from design through commissioning.Propose and implement energy-efficient solutions to improve operational sustainability.Conduct site visits, system audits, and participate in root-cause analyses for incident response.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 8 years of experience in data center facility management or related field.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire, and control systems in data center environments.Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Experience in energy-efficiency initiatives for data centers.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).Willing to travel to data center sites across Indonesia.
