The Job SummaryThe Events and PR Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and public relations for Stellantis KSA, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives; managing the execution of high-profile events and media campaigns to enhance brand visibility; collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful experiences; developing strategies to maximize event ROI and media coverage.Key Responsibilities / AccountabilitiesTechnical / Job-Specific Competencies1Event Planning & ExecutionCraft strategic plans for corporate events that align with Stellantis's overall marketing objectives, ensuring events effectively promote the brand and engage target audiences.Manage all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection and setup to coordination of technology and equipment, ensuring each element is executed flawlessly to create a seamless experience.Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts that ensure quality service while adhering to budget constraints.Integrate innovative technologies, such as virtual reality or live streaming services, to enhance event engagement and reach a broader audience.Ensure all events comply with local safety regulations and company policies, implementing measures to guarantee attendee safety and minimize risks.Develop and monitors event budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and deliver maximum ROI.
