DIGI JADOO BROADBAND LIMITED is looking for Executive - RetentionJob Description / ResponsibilityContact customers proactively to prevent churn and encourage continued service usage.Analyze customer data to identify retention risks and recommend action plans.Handle customer complaints and provide effective, timely resolutions.Educate customers on service features, packages, and value-added offerings.Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and retention activities.Collaborate with technical, billing, and support teams to resolve service-related issues.Follow up on pending cases and ensure customer satisfaction.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on retention metrics and performance.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor of Arts (BA)Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)Experience Requirements1 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):ISPAdditional RequirementsPrior experience in customer retention, call center, or ISP/telecom industry is an advantageStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to handle challenging conversations with patience and professionalism.Good understanding of ISP operations, broadband services, and customer expectationsProficiency in CRM systems and MS Office toolsTarget-driven with a positive attitude and problem solving mindset
