USHA CONSULTANCY is looking for Student CounselorJob Description / ResponsibilityWe are looking for a skilled and student-focused Counselor to guide applicants through their study-abroad journey.Responsibilities:Provide one-to-one counseling to students for UK/Canada/Europe/Australia.Assist students to inspire studying in Australia & Europe andProvide accurate guidelines and strongly communicate with students for study abroad.Explain admission requirements, costs, scholarships, and visa steps.Maintain regular communication with students and parents.Coordinate with Application & Visa teams for smooth file processing.Keep updated knowledge of programs, deadlines, and university guidelines.To understand student psychology based their requirements need to advice.Assist students in selecting the right course and university based on their academic background and career goals.Conduct seminars, webinars, and workshop for students and parents.Stay updated on global education trends, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsBachelor’s degree in any discipline.Experience RequirementsThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy ServiceAdditional RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience as a Counselor (mandatory)Strong communication & presentation skillsAbility to handle multiple students professionallyGood knowledge of study-abroad options and admission pathwaysCRM or student management experience is a plusRequire English presentation skills with clear voice to campaign for social media.Ability to work independently and manage multiple task simultaneously.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
