During your 3+ years of experience in executive support, you’ve become a pro at getting things done. Are you ready?What will you do?Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.Coordinate day-to-day administrative requirements of the leadership team by strategically managing their calendar, engagements, meeting schedules, and communications (email; telephone; social media; correspondence; reporting submissions, and expense reports);Support the leadership team with planning, logistics, and scheduling of events, strategic meetings, offsites, and agendas;Filter, delegate and respond to email, telephone, and correspondence on behalf of the leadership team;Review and ensure completeness and accuracy of documents, including managing the storage and security of confidential files;Provide vacation coverage and relief support to the Office Coordinator as required to ensure our reception area and guest experience is maintained;Prepare and distribute minutes packages for internal/external meetings as required by the leaders;Coordinate signatures from leaders (internal and external) for consultant/contracts and other agreements;Process one-off invoices for payment and provide back up support for AP processing for vacation coverage periods.What type of experience do you have?These are only some of the things we’d like you to bring to the table. We can cover the rest when we meet.You have at least 3 years of experience providing support to senior leadershipYou’re comfortable booking travel and coordinating and managing a busy scheduleYou have good judgment, sound common sense and combine high energy with emotional maturity, tact, diplomacy, and the utmost discretionYou’re ok with working overtime hours and being on call when it’s needed to meet challenging and changing deadlinesMaintain strict confidence as will be supporting the HR function at timesYou have impressive MS Office skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AdobeYou are very comfortable using smartphones, tablets and other technologiesWho Are We?Dream Unlimited is an award-winning Canadian real estate investment, development and management company with approximately $28 billion of assets under management in North America and Europe.
