As the Executive Assistant, you will act as the CEO’s right hand, organizing her day-to-day workflow, keeping projects moving, and assisting with media outreach and brand growth opportunities. If you’re passionate about holistic wellness and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.What You'll DoCalendar Scheduling:Manage the CEO’s professional and personal calendarSchedule meetings, interviews, podcast appearances, and events across multiple businessesAnticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts proactivelyEmail & Communication Management:Monitor and organize the CEO’s inboxDraft, prioritize, and manage responses to internal and external communicationsEnsure timely follow-up with team members, vendors, and partnersProject Management:Maintain and manage project/task boards (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar tools)Coordinate tasks across multiple teams and projectsFollow up on outstanding items and ensure progress toward deadlinesProactively identify bottlenecks and help move projects forwardPR & Media Outreach:Research podcasts, online shows, and influencer collaborations relevant to the CEO’s brandConduct outreach to podcast hosts, YouTubers, and media outlets to book guest appearances and partnershipsManage communication and scheduling for confirmed collaborationsTrack outreach efforts and maintain an organized database of contactsAdministrative Support:Prepare documents, summaries, and reports as neededAssist with travel planning and logisticsProvide general administrative support across business and personal projectsWhat You NeedExceptionally organized and detail-orientedStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfident in managing multiple priorities and deadlinesProactive and resourceful — able to anticipate needs before they ariseComfortable using online tools and managing digital workflows (Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, Slack, Zoom, etc.)Experience with media outreach or influencer coordination is highly valuedAble to work independently in a remote environment and communicate clearly with a distributed team.Salary & PerksCompetitive SalaryThis is a full-time, long-term position.
