You will have the opportunity to grow your career while developing personally and professionally through various resources and programmes.The Executive Assistant is accountable for assisting in any administrative task/concerns related to the positions of the local management committee and its stakeholders. This should result in effective support taking away any operational/organisational tasks.Key AccountabilitiesOrganizing and maintening agenda up to date and arranging appointments and meetings for management committee members and their teamsProactive follow-up of outsdanding items, including proactive follow-up of emails, regullar and registered mail and copylettersOrganizing meetings and ensuring that support material is available and logistical support in place, including agenda items and documented minutes, IT related setup and catering needsArranging travel and accomodation / follow-up execution and resolve last minute issuesManaging budgets / expense declarationsOrganize access, filtering meeting request/calls, interact with persons at different levels in the organisation with respectCoordinate IT issues with the IT team (including access rights management)Ensure administrative support for dedicated tasks with HR, Reception, Marketing and Communications teamsManage the management committee adminsitrative governance (meeting minutes, planning, action logs, …)Knowledge and ExperiencePre Higher Education (A Levels or equivalent)At least 3 years experiece in a similar roleAttributes and QualitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and prioritiesKeen interest in administrative support Critical Thinking & Problem SolvingAttention to DetailCollaborative TeamworkGood Time ManagementClient-Centric MindsetTechnical SkillsMS Office proficiency Strong problem solving skillsLanguages SkillsFluent in French, Dutch and English < Back to search Apply Now
