Responsibilities:Manages the schedule and coordinates meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the BUGM. (Business Unit General Manager)Handles airline bookings for both international and domestic travel using the corporate credit card, and processes related payments.Monitors and prepares documents for the GM’s review and approval, including:SAP transactions (Purchase Orders, Entry Sheets, Purchase Requisitions)BMS documents (CFP, CER)Cancellation reportsConsolidates and submits monthly condominium reports for the BUGM’s perusal.Provides comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the BUGM as needed.Qualifications:College graduate (Bachelor’s degree required).Prior experience in an executive administrative or executive assistant role is an advantage.Strong time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation.Proven ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines.Experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and supporting multiple stakeholders.
