Executive Assistant – 12 Month Fixed-Term ContractLocation: Northern Suburbs (On-site)A highly respected, long-established Australian business in the consumer goods sector is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership during a 12-month period of maternity leave. This organisation is known for its collaborative culture, strong values and long-standing reputation for quality and innovation.We are looking for a proactive, emotionally intelligent professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage complex priorities with exceptional discretion.About the RoleAs the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to two senior executives. You will act as a trusted partner - coordinating calendars, managing communication, preparing documentation and overseeing domestic and international travel arrangements.This role requires strong judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage complex calendars including meetings, appointments, events, and calls.Prioritise and coordinate shifting demands with minimal disruption.Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and briefing documents.Ensure timely and appropriate access to senior executives.Handle highly confidential and sensitive information.Assist with ad hoc and personal tasks when required.Produce weekly, monthly, and annual reports.Allocate and monitor corporate event ticketing.Communication ManagementDraft, edit, and proofread correspondence and documentation.Manage and respond to email inbox communication as appropriate.Facilitate clear communication between executives and internal teams.Travel CoordinationOrganise and book domestic and international travel arrangements.Prepare comprehensive itineraries and resolve travel-related issues.Complete travel diaries and reconciliation tasks.About YouYou are polished, adaptable and confident supporting senior leaders in a dynamic environment.You will bring:5+ years' experience supporting senior executives in a corporate or similar environment.Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information.Outstanding organisational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.Initiative, autonomy, and the ability to anticipate needs.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.CRM experience is an advantage.Your work style:Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.Strong judgement and decision-making capabilities.Confident communication style and polished presentation.Why This Role?Join a supportive, values-driven business with a strong market presence.Work closely with senior leaders and make a meaningful impact.Enjoy variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.Fixed-term stability for approximately 12 months.
