With operations in 13 countries or territories Zuellig Pharma has strong market positions, critical mass, broad geographic coverage and significant potential for continuing growth.Purpose of the Role:Manage digital applications and provide support to internal and external users, covering training, setup, workflow, and troubleshooting for MY market.Participate actively in new projects, including data collection, defining the scope of work, and UAT execution.What You’ll Do :Digital Application Management. Oversee the operation of digital applications used by internal and external users to ensure smooth system functionality and coordinate troubleshooting with relevant stakeholders.User Support and Training. Conduct user onboarding, training sessions and respond to user enquiries to resolve process related issues in timely manner. Develop and maintain user guides or training materials.Project Involvement and Implementation.
