Executive Director

Reports to: CEOAbout the Role: We are seeking a financially astute Executive Director with significant international experience to drive the strategic objectives of a Qatar-based company, ensure operational excellence, and lead diverse business units. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader capable of delivering strong financial results while fostering a high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals and growth targets.Lead, mentor, and build high-performing leadership teams across all business units.Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure business objectives are met.Drive new business development and identify revenue-generating opportunities globally.Ensure operational excellence, compliance with policies, and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.Promote a strong organizational culture that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.Act as the company’s ambassador externally, representing the organization to key stakeholders.Identify risks to business performance and implement robust mitigation strategies.Provide timely reports on business performance, trends, and strategic recommendations to the CEO.Champion innovation and continuous improvement across all business units to maximize efficiency and profitability.Education & Experience:Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related disciplineMinimum 15 years’ experience in competitive markets, with at least 6 years in a senior managerial roleProven international business experience and exposure to global markets
