Vie Tech is looking for Executive Engineer (Sales & Service)Job Description / ResponsibilityJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Executive / Engineer to lead Sales & Service operations in a designated region or area. The candidate will manage a team, oversee sales, service, and customer relations, and ensure achievement of regional business targets while maintaining high professional standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and mentor the regional Sales & Service team.Promote and sell diagnostic analyzers, reagents, and IVD solutions.Conduct product demonstrations, installation & commissioning, post sales services, customer training, and site visits.Oversee installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diagnostic instruments (Biochemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, HPLC, Electrolytes, Semi Auto Analyzers etc.).Manage customer orders, sales collections, and collections follow-ups.Plan and implement regional sales strategies to achieve KPIs.Participate in tenders and marketing activities.Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the region.Prepare service and sales reports and coordinate with internal departments.Ensure professionalism, compliance, and adherence to company policies.Analyze and supervise team members activities to synchronize organizational goalEducational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc)Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)Bachelor/HonorsBachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, EEE, Electromedical, or a related field from a recognized university.Professional training will add value.Skills Required: Monitoring and Supervision, Team Coordination, Customer Service Management, Analyzing sales metrics, Sales target, Customer ServiceExperience Requirements5 to 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Medical Equipment, ImporterAdditional RequirementsMinimum 5–7 years of experience in sales and service of diagnostic instruments, reagents, or related biomedical equipment.Proven track record in team leadership, regional business management, sales achievement, and collection.Excellent communication and English proficiencyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and target-driven mindsetSelf-motivated and able to travel frequently within the BDHigh professionalism, discipline, and ethical conductJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
