SGS Bangladesh Limited is looking for Technical Sales - ESG & Sustainability Services (Contractual)Job Description / ResponsibilityPrimary Responsibilities:Support business development and marketing initiatives focused on ESG and Sustainability related services.Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) entries, sales trackers, and reporting dashboards for pipeline management and performance analysis.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities within ESG and related sustainability areas.Build and maintain key customer relationships. Identify business opportunities, negotiate deals and ensure client satisfaction.Improve market position and contribute to financial growth.Specific Responsibilities:Prepare and manage ESG/Sustainability proposals, quotations and tender submissions in collaboration with the technical team.Develop promotional materials, social media content and success stories to support brand visibility and awareness.Support organization of webinars, client events and training sessions related to ESG and Sustainability.Liaise with internal & external service lines & stakeholders (such as Certification, Audits, Environment, and EHS) for cross-selling opportunities.Track and report progress on ESG business performance, project pipelines, and monthly targets.Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure efficient execution of the ESG business development strategy.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingBachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental ScienceAdditional training or certification in ESG, Sustainability or ISO Management Systems will be an added advantage.Understanding of ESG standards (GRI, ESRS, IFRS, CDP, TCFD, etc.) and certification schemes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EN 15343 etc.).Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Bangla.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.Good analytical ability, report writing, and client engagement capability.Skills Required: Presentation skillExperience Requirements2 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, ComplianceAdditional RequirementsExperience in business development, preferably in the same services sector.Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across management levels and clients.Upholds SGS standards of ethics and integrity in all actions.Job LocationDhaka
