Job PurposeTo assist in the smooth operation of Travelport Galileo Products through prompt telephone assistance and resolution of problems, recommending solutions, conducting tests and maintaining integrity of the databases thus ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Primary Responsibilities:• Provide Telephone support and resolution to problems reported by subscribers of Travelport Galileo products on functional and operational issues towards customer satisfaction.• Provide input for product enhancements and detect training deficiencies.• System uptime leading to enhanced customer response• Monitor the missed call log• Improve customer productivity through new products• Problem resolution within the defined internal service levelQualifications• Relevant Qualification in Airlines Fares and Ticketing• 1 – 2 years of experience in the Airline or Travel Industry is an added advantage
