The Senior Commi will assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring high-quality dishes are served in alignment with the hotel's luxury standards. Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene in the kitchen, collaborating with the culinary team, and adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols. The role also involves managing ingredients and contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.QualificationsProficiency in Cooking and Culinary Skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality dishesKnowledge of Food Preparation and adherence to hygiene and safety standardsStrong Communication skills to collaborate effectively within the kitchen teamA passion for excellence and maintaining high standards in food presentationPrior experience in a similar role is an advantage
