The Warden will be responsible for overseeing the daily administration and management of the campus facilities. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring smooth operations, managing staff and student concerns, monitoring adherence to campus policies, and ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of on-campus accommodations. The Warden will also play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive and supportive community for all residents.QualificationsStrong leadership and management skills, including the ability to oversee campus operations and coordinate with staff and residents.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to address student concerns and maintain a harmonious campus environment.Organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively.Experience in implementing and upholding campus policies and promoting an inclusive culture.Previous experience in residential management, education administration, or a similar role is preferred.Proficiency in maintaining records, understanding facility maintenance requirements, and ensuring safety protocols are met.Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to varied responsibilities within a dynamic environment.Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Management, Hospitality, or related fields, are a plus.Interviews will occur in parallel; please apply now.Inquiries: careers@aviyana.lk
