The MVAC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing service operations, ensuring the reliable performance of commercial and industrial cooling systems, and delivering high-quality after-sales support. This role requires strong technical expertise in air conditioning technologies and the ability to guide service teams, interact with clients, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain seamless service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive after-sales support for central air conditioning systems, VRF systems, and other commercial cooling solutions.Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities in line with service programs.Record and maintain detailed logs of breakdowns, repairs, service activities, and client interactions.Draft annual maintenance contract proposals, service agreements, and repair quotations.Visit existing and potential clients to assess requirements and maintain strong customer relationships.Coordinate with suppliers, including overseas vendors, to source spare parts and technical support.Ensure all work complies with established quality guidelines and safety regulations.QualificationsDegree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.Minimum of 10 years’ experience overseeing an after-sales service function within the air conditioning sector.Strong practical knowledge of chilled water systems, air-cooled and water-cooled central AC plants, commercial DX systems, VRF systems, packaged units, cooling towers, and related water systems.Familiarity with electrical power panels, control systems, and PLCs will be an added advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours when required.
